At supermarkets, extremerestraints, ebay, a lot of places. Since they are not originally intended for this use (if they were they'd cost 3 times more lol) they can be found in a lot of places.

Another one I had her do recently. She forgot two of her rules, to read through her list of rules before going to bed and to masturbate to an edge before going to bed. As punishment she had to write down all her rules on the insides of her thighs so that she will remember them better.
