When my Dom tells me "good girl," I get this overwhelming urge to smack him in the back of the head (I learned my lesson the first time I did that!!). I think that there are some phrases and words out there that irk people and that phrase irks me to no end. Now my Dom uses it when he really wants to tease me and knows that I can't do a single thing about it. Sometimes it works to my advantage in the long run.
