Tasks at a distance

Hi,
I have started an online, long-distance relationship with a mature (and wonderful) sub lady. We both wish for me to set tasks for her to complete, so that she can demonstrate her submission, obedience, and willingness to please. She is without physical disabilities as far as I am aware. Does anyone know of any tasks, or a resource I can go to to find any, which I can set her to do that will stretch her capabilities but be within them, and which will give her the feeling of fulfillment she needs?
I have already thought of a few, but rather than re-invent the wheel, I'm happy to hear what others have come up with and applied successfully.
Please bear in mind that, as we are VERY far apart (different continents), I need to set her tasks, the success of which can be verifiable at a distance.

We have quite a few members at ST with partners. Some with multiple partners.

Actually, b9dom has already joined ST, but I don't remember him posting an introduction yet, or being very active in the feature as of yet.
