I don't know a lot of examples, but Vitamin-B12, for example, comes out unchanged in the urine in excess of the body's needs.

I used to take a medication that turned my urine a bright orange. Very strange, just check, it is not that hard to find out. And it you are afraid to ask a Dr., check the PDR.
