One other concern is drugs, whether prescribed or recreational. Some are eliminated in the same condition they were ingested (or injected) and some have unpleasant by products having been altered by the liver for removal.

Men, for example, might not want to ingest a lot of urine from a woman on estrogen, whether it be birth control or estrogen therapy... and if you're on statins, you want to avoid partaking of anyone who ingests a lot of grapefruit.
