Who cares? You're just on another rant again. Your Little England views are completely irrelevant in modern England as well as in Britain as a whole. An English Liberation Party would probably be the only kind of political movement that could encompass opinions like those. Go ahead and waste your vote - it wouldn't be wanted anyway.
By the way, in case you hadn't noticed, and in order to rub salt into an obviously sore wound, I would point out that if Brown goes, Cameron will come in. Mr Cameron, for all his refined tones, his expensive suits and his Home Counties background, is only one generation removed from his Scottish antecedents. His English birthplace and his Eton/Oxford education cannot disguise the fact that he comes from one of Scotland's most influential familes.
So the choice isn't Scottish Rule or English Rule, but whether England could justify an Assembly along the lines of the one in Wales, and whether the real affairs of State should be conducted in Holyrood rather than Westminster.
