lol im feeling rather unhealthy after reading the posts before me. I ahve 2 children and they keep me fit lol. I am also on my feet all day with work and the only real chance i get to sit down is when everything is all done and dusted.. even then i cant sit still. I dont do yoga or any other form of excerise... maybe swimming once in a while but thats about it.
I prob walk around 6-8 miles a day
