Due to some stuff that happened last year, I let myself become physically stagnant, which in turn also affected my emotional health.
For me it is pretty important to be physically healthy and fit, as well as emotionally.
I am pushed a lot mentally, and in order for me to be able to continue further, I need to be physically fit and healthy.
I can't do what I used to, but I am slowly getting back into a good routine.
I walk as much as I can, ride my stationary bike, and do what I can to keep it up. I used to walk an hour and a half a day, and work out with wieghts for a half hour. I am slowly building back my stamina, and would like to get into boxing eventually.
I pay more attention to what I eat and I try to get more sleep.
Keeping busy and active, helps you to become more healthy emotionally in my opinion.
