Have to admit that I've recently incorporated my BDSM life with my exercise regimen, and it's added a whole new dimension. My daily walks now include a warm-up of a solid flogging with the riding crop, and I am required to pinch my nipples (in public - adding the potential element of humiliation) every time I pass a stop sign. These additions, as well as other fantasy elements, have made my work-out something that I genuinely look forward to every day. By the end of the year, I should be down at least 3-4 dress sizes!
