I like this fantasy. It bears some resemblance to one I used to have about a pair of sisters who move to a new school. One joins the swimming team, and one the basketball team, and both get hazed unmercifully by the older/longer established players. Some of the hazing revolved around having to swim extra laps, run 'suicide drills' in the nude, etc.

I hadn't thought about that one in probably ten years. Thanks for the memory!
