I have 2 ideas, one a combination of ideas above, the 2nd is new to this thread.

1)

Scene: Barnes and Noble or any of the large bookstore chains that have large overstuffed couches and chairs to sit on while in the store.

Tell her nothing in advance, but instruct her to put on the following.
