Yep. Along with tattoos and drug abuse; snoring has become a no-no for young Chinese recruits. The officials haven't said how exactly they'll be testing for that particular military failing, but I'm sure they'll find a way.
I personally love this and think it should be expanded to include chattering teeth, talking in your sleep, and people who just sweat too damn much when they sleep.
