I wouldn't. You'd probably damage the ceiling fan. I don't think they're meant to hold any weight at all.

I'm sure there are other ways to get around that though. There's hooks that you can get that could be attached to the ceiling; if you know where the support beams in the ceiling are, that'd be a good thing to try to get into, I'd think. Small holes like that are quite easy to patch.
