Sorry that you got bad news but damyanti is right. Doctors sometimes get it wrong and just having cysts on your ovaries does not mean that you can get pregnant or that you can't harvest your eggs for in ivtro fertilization. Both my Mom and sister had them and had children. It just might take some more effort.

Go see a women's reproductive health spe******t and get a second opinion and to hear more options.
