    CBT - Newbie

I'm a new subbie and want to try some cbt by myself to see my capabilities go. Any suggestions which i could do in the house with some household items - not purchased toys?

    All suggestions considered. :help:

There are a few things you may try. Try putting ice on your cock and balls. See how long you can stand it. Another thing is shoelaces. Tie the laces around your balls. Or just an ordinary pencil. Tap your nuts with one. You will definitely feel it.

Many thanks - the pencil was fun. I've heard of tying and stretching your balls - is there a special way to do this and how?

    Thumbs up

try standing up tie a peice of string or shoelace around your balls or both penis and balls, tie eather a basket or bottom of a bottle (2 ltr) and fill with copper coins or small heavy objects, this will test how much you can use and is a good exersize for raising your threshold.

There are some nice articles here:

    http://www.malesubmission.com/faq/cbt.htm

    and

    http://www.fetishexchange.org/cbt1.shtml

that may give you some good ideas.

    Suggestion:

If you've a vibrating toy in the house, you may want to practice a little orgasm control/denial.

Tie or secure said toy to your erection, turn it on and see what affect it has on you. Wide ribbons and ladies hair bands - without the metal clips - make excellent decorative bonds.

Check out the Personal Photo Thread 2 to see what others have tried.

    Reminder:
There is a reason why they are called the family jewels. Loss of air/blood flow to any body part is not recommended for periods lasting longer than minutes. Purple may look very pretty, fantastic even, but you don't want to deprive those precious jewels for too long.

    Many thanks for the help.....

Can I ask how long is too long before damage is done? Is 10 minutes excessive?

    Thanks again

For me, any turning of the purple (or blue), loss of blood or air to any area, I'd say only small amounts of time...in the less than 3 minutes. Nathaniel says 3 seconds. I prefer to play extra safe and usually avoid this type of bondage. And no, I'm not a doctor, just going with over the top caution to protect my partners and me.

    Others offer this advice:

and from one of my favorite sites:

    "Masterbate for Peace"

    http://www.masturbateforpeace.com/cock.html

When trying out this things, go with common sense and what works for you and your body.

    Many thanks again.

Has anyone any more - unusual but less likely to damage me suggestions?

Not to keen on permanent damage but like a bit of pain.

    Thanks
