Don’t know – but you could email the author and ask. His bondage descriptions tend to pay a lot of attention to realistic detail. However, a chain down the back connecting the butt hook and the posture collar, and then lying on one’s back? With the spine supposedly resting right on top of said chain? Sounds doubtful. Perhaps the board would need to be inserted between body and chain and cover the entire length of the back, to protect the spine.
