Just my 2 cents here but I would be damn as a Master/Dom that I would allow a disability of a sub/slave that wants to enjoy the life stand in her way.

I would recommend suspension, paritial suspension, large cuffs that can help support the limb in question without harm, water bondage, table bondage, and anything my evil mind could come up with.
