I'm not an expert on TENS (far from it!) and as for personal experience, we have them at work and I really don't like the feel of it (because it just feels tickly to me, and I hate tickles) and I can't stand it for more than a couple of minutes, but hey, you might love it! Then there is the Folsom PSG that is pricey, but has lots of *ahem* attachments that look like fun. As for price, I'm not too sure, but look around, because you could buy a secondhand unit and just buy new pads. Couldn't turn up any info on placement down below, sorry
