i once read a book (fiction stories) about a chinese doctor type who "treated" ladies with all manner of things in this way.
it generally involved some kind if leather dildo affair that was filled with different kinds of postions and herbs etc, then inflated with some oil i think it was, and the effects would multiply and escalate the "patient" into cataclysmic orgasms.

I had an inflatable balloon toy at one point. It never actually popped, but i dare say i prolly filled it too full, because it broke, right at the "glue" line. Bought a second one and that one did the same thing. Cheaper is definately not the way to go with this type of toy.

am not sure how they work as i have never used them before, but maybe try a female condom at first since it is onbviously safe material to be in a cooch... when i was younger, some boys used to blow up condoms to make ballons, so even an ordinary condom, providing there is no latex allergy... and unless she is used to ice play i would start with room temp water, and work way up or down... and just to make sure all is safe would try this all at home first.... just to see what happens...

I tried with a balloon once...it was hard to keep inside as it expanded and then popped inside me (that hurt a little).
Same as sheepish here about not being the smartest thing to do.
I would also recommend buying an inflatable butt plug for this. Seems the sturdiest material and being inflatable and deflatable it would increase the "not knowing" aspect of play.

Sounds interesting and yes would be humiliating...but i don't think it would be safe...you would need to ask a doctor or someone who knows a fair bit...because to streach a girls inside could be a risk...what if you rip the insides of her...(not good for you)... but good fantasy

I have asked a doctor and it's not a problem. Blowing in air into the pussy is bad because of bacteria but that's a minor hastle. Women are really very "stretchy". Babies come out there. Babies have big heads. Having a proper inflatable dildo designed for the task that won't break inside removes any problems. Stop worrying and have some fun.
