I suppose it's time I say a formal hello...
So here I am. I've been here less than a week, but I feel already it can be my new home. Normally I'd introduce myself as a Domme, but it's pretty apparent I'm a switch. I've made a friend or two so far, and am really glad I came.
A few years ago I was very involved with an MSN group that I felt was truly my family. I was a mod on the boards and I really learned an awful lot. I had just started to explore the lifestyle, and with a very very vanilla husband, I was needing a lot of help. They were all great, and I spent a lot of time there. MSN then did some screwy things, and the group tried to find new locations, etc., but I think it ultimately became defunct. I pretty much went back to normal life after that, but there's always been a darkness lurking in me. A few weeks ago I was reminded forcefully of my longings and came hunting. I had always read the stories here, but had never checked the community. That's how I got here, and hopefully I'll be able to offer as much to you as as you can offer to me.
I'm working on some writing - although I have no delusions that I'll be any good. It also seems that there's some pretty serious talent here - Timberwolf and Violenteer appear to be the resident masters of words. Maybe I can get some pointers.
Anyway, thanks for having me. I really look forward to reading more of the posts and joining in now and then in the room.
